Online matches
If matchmaking does not start, check your internet connection and try again. Temporary server maintenance can also affect the online pool.
Purchases and ads
If a purchase or ad reward is not reflected immediately, reopen the app and check your profile balance. Contact support with your device, platform, and approximate time of the issue.
